Hello & Welcome
I sought ‘alternatives’ to western medicine after a childhood with many allergies, asthma and other chronic issues, culminating in a chronic debilitating illness in my early 20’s which western medicine had no treatment or ‘cure’. After using Acupuncture, along with dietary and lifestyle changes, I experienced not only a complete and full resolution of my health problem, but also my childhood allergies. My own wellbeing was transformed. This experience sparked a fascination both in Chinese medicine and the connection of body, mind and spirit to find the hidden root cause for illness. I have studied alternative medicine for over 30 years and my passion for Acupuncture and its health benefits continues to this day.
In my free time I enjoy meditation, yoga, fascial release, running, walking, immersing myself in nature, participating in Nature Retreats, mindful eating and nutrition, socialising with friends and ongoing study and mentorship in Classical Chinese Medicine.

Since graduating with a First class Hons Degree in TCM Acupuncture from Lincoln University I have post-graduate qualifications and further training in:
- Advanced Acupuncture Classical Chinese Medicine with Ann Cecil-Sterman who has been a long-term student of Master Jeffrey Yuen the world’s foremost transmitter of Classical Chinese Medicine, Taoist doctor and priest; 88th generation of his Taoist lineage.
